At Zbiz UK, our goal is to provide you with home appliances and furniture that truly enhance your space. However, if your purchase doesn’t quite meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and efficient — just the way it should be.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most products purchased on zbiz.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • You must present a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice
  • Items must be free from any damage or alteration, unless the issue occurred during delivery
  • Certain categories of products are excluded from return, as outlined in Section 5

2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply get in touch with our support team:

  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the return reason, and photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty
  • Our team will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide step-by-step return instructions

Please note that returns cannot be processed without a valid RAN.

3. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • If your item was delivered damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong product, Zbiz UK will cover the full return shipping cost
  • If you’re returning the item due to a change of mind or for non-fault reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges

We highly recommend using a tracked courier when returning your item, as Zbiz UK cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

4. Processing Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • The refund will be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout
  • If your order included a discount or promotional offer, the refunded amount may reflect that adjustment
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, or customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Unsealed or opened small kitchen appliances
  • Opened bedding items like mattresses, duvets, and pillows
  • Items sold as clearance, final sale, or marked “non-returnable
  • Custom-built or made-to-order furniture
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

6. Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? No problem.

Just let us know when requesting the return, and once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process the exchange — subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue and a description
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — at no extra cost to you

8. Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind before the order has been dispatched, please contact us right away.

  • If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to go through our standard return process

9. Warranty Support
Some of our products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim:

  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue
  • We will help facilitate the warranty process with the relevant supplier or manufacturer
